We'll then use your feedback to understand what's important to you and to shape the products and services we're creating.
Do I use my bank account details to access Customer Studio?
No. Customer Studio works separately to HSBC’s banking and online banking system. We strongly advise that you use a different password to keep your financial information as secure as possible. Please don’t share your financial information with our team or any other members.
Can I get financial advice in Customer Studio?
No. Customer Studio is all about collaboration and creating a better service for you. We don't endorse any financial advice given by members and will delete any information we think is unsuitable.
I’m having problems using Customer Studio, what should I do?
Simply log on and use the contact form within Customer Studio to tell us about any problems you've encountered. A member of our team will be in touch with the support you need.
I can't log on to Customer Studio, what should I do?
Use the forgotten password tool – you'll be asked to enter your email address. If you don't receive an email from us, you might want to check your junk folder. If you still can’t log on, contact us using the support form.
How do I get notified about new activities?
We'll send you an email letting you know when there are new activities available on the community. You can also see any notifications we send you when you are logged in to the community.
Emails from Customer Studio come from hello@mail.customerstudio.com. You might want to add this address to your contacts so you definitely get all future emails from us.
What do you mean by activity?
We ask our members for their thoughts on certain products and services. This might mean completing a survey, performing a task or sharing feedback – these are activities. During an activity, you can check how much you've completed by using the progress tracker.
I have a question about an activity, what should I do?
We’re always happy to help. Simply log on and use the contact form within Customer Studio – a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
What happens when I complete an activity?
It could mean you helped create something special, With every piece of feedback we learn more about what works best for you.
What happens to my personal information?
Any information you give us will be used by HSBC to develop and potentially launch a new product or service. All information is stored securely in Customer Studio.
How do I leave Customer Studio?
If you no longer want to be a member of Customer Studio, then log on, go to your profile and select ‘Close account’.
