The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has updated its guidelines for recurring online transactions. If you have an HSBC credit card, you now have even stronger security features when you set up online mandates for scheduled subscriptions or recurring payments. These changes are effective from 1 October 2021.
You can go to the HSBC MandateHQ portal to manage all your existing subscriptions and recurring mandates made with your HSBC credit card. Here's how:
- Sign up on https://hsbc.mandatehq.com using your mobile number & email
- Register your credit card on the portal. We will link all the recurring e-mandate transactions registered on your card so you can see them all in one place
- Start managing your recurring mandates anytime, anywhere
